Vehicle Description

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible was refurbished circa 2015 with work that included repainting the body in yellow with black stripes as well as installing a 502ci V8 crate engine and a five-speed manual transmission. Additional modifications include an MSD Atomic electronic fuel injection system, MSD ignition, an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, aluminum cylinder heads, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans as well as power rack-and-pinion steering, hydroboost-assisted front disc brakes, and coated headers feeding into a dual exhaust system. Inside, the front bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl and accompanied by a center console, a Custom Autosound stereo unit, and aftermarket air conditioning. The car is also equipped with a black soft top, a cowl hood, rear bumper guards, and front and rear spoilers.
The body was delivered from the factory in Daytona Yellow and was refinished in yellow with black stripes during the refurbishment completed under prior ownership. Exterior features include a replacement black convertible soft top, a cowl hood, rear bumper guards, and front and rear spoilers.
The 15″ Rally wheels are mounted with staggered BFGoodrich tires, and braking is handled by hydroboost-assisted front discs and rear drums. Modifications include power rack-and-pinion steering along with aftermarket subframe connectors.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black vinyl accompanied by a coordinated dash pad, door panels, and carpeting. Interior appointments include a center console, a Custom Autosound stereo unit, air conditioning, and embroidered floor mats.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, battery status, and coolant temperature are mounted at the front of the center console.
The 502ci V8 crate engine was installed during the refurbishment completed in 2015 and is topped with an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and an MSD Atomic electronic fuel injection unit. Additional equipment includes an MSD Street Fire ignition control module, a Milodon oil pan, aluminum cylinder heads, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric cooling fans.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission that was installed along with the 502ci V8 and is connected to a 12-bolt rear end. Coated headers feed into a dual exhaust system.
