Vehicle Description

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible was refurbished and modified in British Columbia, Canada, before being moved to the US under prior ownership. The body was refinished in turquoise with black stripes and a black power-operated convertible top, and a 454ci V8 built by Richmond Racing Engines was installed along with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Inside, the bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in black and white houndstooth upholstery and accompanied by a center console and a Custom Autosound stereo. Additional equipment includes an aluminum intake manifold, aluminum cylinder heads, coated exhaust headers, a Hotchkis transmission crossmember, four-wheel disc brakes, and 17″ rally-style wheels. This modified Camaro convertible was purchased by the seller in 2025 and is now offered with a removed eight-track player, refurbishment records, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name. The body was refinished in turquoise with black stripes under prior ownership and features a black power-operated soft top that was replaced approximately 10 years ago, according to the seller. Additional details include a black top boot, a cowl induction hood, front and rear spoilers, SS badging, and front and rear bumper guards. The 17″ rally-style wheels are mounted with staggered-width BFGoodrich g-Force T/A tires. The car is equipped with power steering, the ride height has been lowered, and braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black vinyl with houndstooth inserts as well as black carpets and door panels. The interior was re-trimmed during the refurbishment, and appointments include a Custom Autosound stereo unit, a center console, and embroidered floor mats. A removed eight-track cassette player will accompany the car.The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a clock, and a tachometer, while gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and battery status are mounted ahead of the shifter. The five-digit odometer shows 11k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership. The seller states the mileage is not accurate, and total mileage is unknown. The 454ci V8 was built by Richmond Racing Engines in British Columbia, Canada, and features aluminum cylinder heads, an aluminum intake manifold, and a four-barrel carburetor topped with a cowl induction air cleaner assembly. Coated headers feed into a dual exhaust system.Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end with a limited-slip differential.
